Business Development & Marketing Manager

Unrivaled is seeking a highly organized, creative, and motivated Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead our business development, marketing, and communications efforts. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, managing proposal development, and maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence across all communications channels. Identify and track new project opportunities in the museum, cultural, educational, and experiential design markets.Coordinate and manage responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other procurement opportunities.Develop qualifications packages, proposals, presentations, and interview materials.Maintain CRM databases, opportunity pipelines, and client contact information.Support client relationship management and business development activities.Coordinate conference participation, networking events, and industry outreach efforts. Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring project information, news, and content remain current.Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.Create newsletters, press releases, marketing materials, and company announcements.Coordinate internal and external communications.Manage advertising, sponsorships, and promotional initiatives.
