Role: Business Development Executive - Automotive Digital Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time Location: In-Office in our Ohio City/Cleveland Location 5 Days Per Week Travel: Up to 25% About the Role As our Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing new dealership clients. Compensation and Benefits • $48,000 / year base salary + commission with a target compensation of $84,000 - $100,000 / year for meeting quarterly and annual sales goals • Your final compensation will be determined by your experience level and skillset • Compensation is reviewed every 6 months • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (Employer pays 50% of premiums) • Simple IRA + 3% Matching Opportunity • 10 Paid Time Off days in your first year + your birthday.
