Business Development Rep. – Digital Marketing Sales

97 Switch is a Chicago and Portland based agency focused on Digital Strategy, Marketing, and Design. Responsibilities • Qualify inbound leads, schedule discovery calls, and manage follow-ups • Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, networking) to generate new leads • Attend virtual and in-person meetings with local businesses and partners • Collaborate with our team to refine messaging and improve sales processes • Shadow senior leadership during client calls and eventually lead first meetings • Maintain accurate records in our CRM to track leads, meetings, and opportunities • Research potential industries and identify growth opportunities in the Portland area • Represent 97 Switch professionally as we expand our local presence What You Bring • 0–3 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or a client-facing role • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Enthusiasm for building relationships and helping businesses succeed • Highly organized with good attention to detail • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative • Comfortable working both remotely and in-person (Portland area required) • Interest in digital marketing, branding, and design • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a bonus, but not required • A collaborative, growth mindset—you aren’t afraid to try new things or iterate To apply, email [email protected] with ”{First Name, Last Name} -Business Development Rep.” and provide the following: • Your resume • A brief cover letter telling us why you’re interested in this role and 97 Switch.
