Business Development Representative Team Lead

As we expand into new markets and deepen our presence with existing customers, our Business Development team plays a key role in driving top-of-funnel activity and creating new revenue opportunities. This role requires a balance of leadership and execution, with a strong focus on coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement. We're looking for a driven, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build and motivate high-performing teams. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve and exceed targetsDevelop and implement outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunitiesMonitor and analyze team performance metrics to optimize outreach effectiveness and conversion ratesCollaborate with Marketing to design and execute targeted campaigns across email, phone, and social channelsIdentify and engage with key prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social mediaConduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, messaging, and sales skillsMaintain a deep understanding of Neostella's products, services, and value propositionParticipate in sales meetings and provide strategic input on pipeline development and market opportunitiesFoster a positive, high-performance team culture built on accountability, communication, and collaboration
