Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Today’s Bride. Identify and research prospective wedding businesses throughout Northeast OhioBuild and maintain a pipeline of potential advertising and event partnersProspect through phone calls, email outreach, social media, networking, and referralsStart meaningful conversations with business owners and decision-makersLearn about prospective partners’ goals, challenges, and marketing needsIntroduce Today’s Bride wedding shows, digital marketing, and lead generation opportunitiesConduct discovery calls and recommend opportunities that align with each prospect’s goalsSchedule meetings and presentations for the sales teamFollow up consistently with prospects throughout the decision-making processMaintain accurate records and activity within the CRMClose appropriate new-business opportunities and involve sales leadership when needed for larger partnershipsCollaborate with sales leadership to develop outreach strategies and target marketsAttend local networking events, bridal shows, and other opportunities to build relationships within the wedding industryWork closely with the Client Success Manager to ensure a smooth transition after a new partner signs on How You’ll Succeed: This role is a full-time position. Part-time compensation and benefits will be based on the agreed-upon schedule
