The purpose of the Business Development Specialist (BDS) position is to meet and exceed sales objectives in the assigned territory by promoting and selling outdoor advertising to qualified advertisers. Preferred • 2-3 years sales experience • Experience in a sales or marketing-based environment • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans a month in advance • Use sales tools and complete daily planner/sales program after each call and at the end of the day • Other sales and marketing job related duties as assigned by the General Manager and Sales Manager.
