Business Development Specialist - Post Falls

You'll collaborate with the production team to ensure that we're providing an ideal client experience. \\- Three years of experience in relationship sales, marketing, or advertising, with an emphasis on business development and account management; degree in business/sales/communication is a plus \\- Proficiency in office productivity software and familiar with CRM software \\- Experience in the construction or restoration industry a plus \\- Accountable, proactive, and thoughtful \\- Attentive to detail and solid strategic problem- solving skills \\- Excellent presenter in person and virtually \\- Able to work independently and as part of a team \\- Skilled oral and written communicator \\- Able to listen effectively and resolve conflict in a positive, productive manner \\- Able to be calm and communicate effectively with customers who are in a stressful situation \\- Coachability.
