The Business Development Specialist will also support the senior sales team and management in various special projects as needed.Essential Job Functions: \- Sales Administration \- Maximize growth of designated accounts and segments \- Ensure efficient and timely order processing (Retailer System, OS) \- Resolve all customer service issues for designated accounts in a timely and professional manner \- New Accounts Setup / Leads Management \- Communicate all promotions, new product launches, logistics/operations announcements or other relevant announcements to all designated accounts \- Revenue and profitability \- Achieve or exceed the assigned sales goals and profitability target \- Achieve or exceed the account retention rate \- Achieve or exceed percentage of conversion form lead to customer \- Achieve or exceed the adoption and usage rate of Retail System ordering platform \- Responsible for driving sales in designated accounts, identifying areas for growth and executing sales and marketing campaigns \- Relationship management: \- Schedule and execute phone calls with assigned accounts \- Plan, source and execute a training activity with assigned accounts \- Education, Events \- Support management and senior sales team members in all aspects of planning and executing trade shows, virtual events \- Attend virtual and in person trade show events as required \- Other duties as assigned \- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the jobRequirements: \- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent \- Minimum two (2) years of sales or account management \- Experience working in spa, salon or skincare industry is highly desirable \- Sales and/or Administrative business experience is highly desirable \- Advanced proficiency with Google Suite applications \- Strong communications skills with the ability to clearly communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
