The Business Development Specialist (BDS) is focused on driving new customer acquisition and increasing revenue growth across Goodway Group. to apply those data-driven insights and improve results • Utilize Salesforce to manage and track all activity, meetings, notes, and metrics according to best practices and sales process • Benchmark and stay up to date with consumer behavior, best-practices, and both internal and external marketing and sales trends • Understand marketing restrictions and laws to ensure we are compliant with user data and privacy legislation for outreach • Maintain a scorecard to monitor performance of all initiatives and KPIs: # targets or accounts within each initiative, engaged accounts, meetings, opportunities created, pipeline revenue created, RFPs, and closed won revenue • At least 2 times a year, review the initiatives and share learnings, insights, and recommendations with team to increase performance of programs We want applications from everyone, regardless of race, creed, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, marital status, citizen status, age, disability, military or protected veteran status, genetic predisposition or carrier status or any other legally protected status.
