Business Development Trainee

We are looking to hire a full-time, entry-level Business Development Trainee to join our promotions team! In this entry-level role, the Business Development Trainee will use their upbeat personality and extraordinary ability to capture an audience to create excitement with target demographics directly and throughout the duration of promotional campaigns in a variety of settings. Business Development Trainee Responsibilities: • Develop, setup, and execute business development within the local area with businesses in-person to create brand awareness and generate sales leads for the assigned client • Engage with customers directly to create excitement about featured client products and/or services • Promote consumer and business connections through direct interaction and product/service demonstrations and explanations • Build product & service knowledge of each featured brand/product/service/upgrade being promoted by our client • Educate new employees on product/service benefits, costs, promotion details, etc. • Basic sales • Maintain relationships with employees, marketing/advertising clients, and partners Business Development Trainee Requirements: • Experience in a sales promotion, business development, marketing, advertising, or any related setting is an asset.
