Business Operations Manager - Digital Advertising

About the Business Operations Manager: MarketStar is seeking a Business Operations Manager to which will be a critical function of our greater sales leadership team. • Partner with Business Leadership to identify and enhance business processes, systems, and frameworks • Coordinate and collaborate with dedicated and shared business operations and enablement resources and support teams to build division-wide best practices and provide effective, efficient, and cohesive solutions to business challenges • Establish operational excellence by engaging, assessing, planning, and executing on key business initiatives outlined and established by business operations and enablement org, program management, and Senior Leadership • Effectively identify and focus on strategic business projects while communicating expectations to stakeholders • Be methodical, analytical, and comprehensive when approaching business problems and proposing actionable solutions • Perform other related duties as assigned
