NorCal Remodeling is looking to hire Call Center Representatives in our Oakland, CA office. We have an excellent compensation package for the right person in this position that includes a hourly rate and bonus opportunities. Responsibilities: • Qualifies inbound and outbound inquiries/leads and converts them to Free In- Home appointments for our Design Consultants. • Uses our CRM and technology systems to effectively schedule in-home appointments • Updates consumer records with lead dispositions, notes, advertising source tracking, etc. • Maintains a sales mentality and use scripted rebuttals to overcome customer objections.
