We are looking for high energy and friendly call center representatives with a passion to deliver excellent customer service and help us get to the next level! Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for establishing a phone connection between live and interested “leads” (individuals looking for health insurance or other services) and “customers” (health insurance agents or other lead buyers). Dial through NextGen Leads database, use the provided script to get lead interested in speaking with the customer, and when the requirements for a Live Transfer are met, transfer the call and bill the customer using NextGen’s platform. Essential Skills & Experience: Energetic and friendly personality. Previous call center experience strongly preferred.
