- 4+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience - Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers - 4+ years relevant experience in digital media, advertising, and/or account management in a client-facing role(s) - Experience in programmatic advertising and providing hands-on service in DSPs - Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify key insights At Amazon Advertising, we operate at the intersection of advertising and eCommerce to offer advertisers a rich array of media solutions across Amazon’s mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices and placements including Alexa and Fire TV, Prime Video Ads, Live Sports Sponsorships, and Amazon's programmatic Demand Side Platform (DSP). Key job responsibilities * Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions and a key stakeholder in advertiser relationships * Project manage the execution of complex advertising campaigns with internal Design, AdOps, Sales, and Quality Assurance teams, as well as external stakeholders * Educate advertisers on Amazon policies, creative best practices, and established workflows (SOPs) that support seamless campaign execution * Consult with advertisers and deliver strategic recommendations using historical campaign data and industry insights to optimize campaign performance and unlock new Ads solutions at the brand level that drive advertiser business goals and objectives * Optimize campaign workflows by influencing improvements to cross-team and partner processes, workflows, and tools that drive campaign excellence * Manage projects or initiatives with internal stakeholders to develop and influence scalable processes and/or mechanisms across verticals and your locale * Deliver against key business metrics and goals that uphold a high-bar in the quality of services provided to advertisers, further driving long-term growth and success for Advertisers at Amazon Ads A day in the life CCMs deliver high-quality work by leveraging services and solutions that achieve advertiser success while ensuring the highest level of ease of doing business with Amazon Ads.
