Campaign Manager

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and passionate Campaign Manager to lead a dynamic congressional campaign in Schaumburg, IL. Campaign Strategy & Execution: • Develop and implement a campaign plan, including field, communications, digital, fundraising, and GOTV (Get Out The Vote) strategies. Team Leadership & Coordination • Recruit, manage, and coordinate campaign staff, interns, and volunteers. Fundraising & Budget Management • Work with the candidate and finance team to set and meet fundraising goals. • Oversee campaign budget and ensure compliance with FEC regulations.
