The PA SDCC is the campaign arm of the Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Caucus, dedicated to electing Democrats to the Pennsylvania State Senate. • Supervise and hire campaign staff, including field and finance personnel, in coordination with statewide leadership. • Work closely with the Senate Campaigns & Communications teams to develop and implement comprehensive campaign plans. Desired Skills and Experience • At least 2–3 campaign cycles of experience , including direct involvement with paid communications or campaign management. • Experience with Coordinated Campaigns.
