Cannabis Co. Marketing Manager

We are a vertically integrated cannabis company with two brands consisting of 2 retail dispensary locations (Downtown Portland and Beaverton) called Broadway Cannabis Market and a state leading manufacturing brand, selling a full line of cannabis products to 280+ retailers; called Fire Dept. This is a very dynamic role which would be involved with both our retail stores and our manufacturing brand. Key roles of the position: \\- Manage monthly marketing budgets, timelines and cross departmental communication \\- Track performance of marketing campaigns \\- Come up with and execute on new marketing and advertising campaigns \\- Implement strategies to increase traffic to our dispensary website to increase online ordering \\- Implement merchandising strategies at the retail stores, with goal of increasing AOV \\- Assist with monthly sales at stores \\- Identify new packaging vendors to lower packaging costs \\- Oversee performance of current Designer \\- Work directly with advertising platforms and sales reps to execute various ads Knowledge Skills and Abilities: • Passion for cannabis • Formal education in marketing required • Management experience required • Solid project management, process and organizational skills with a heightened attention to detail • Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines • Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision making skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • This is M-F FULL-TIME/Hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm. $55,000 Year salary Employee paid health benefit options Employee discounts up to 20-40% off at our two dispensaries Must be 21 years or order.
