We are looking for someone open to learning about cannabis, cannabis sales and is driven to optimize both production & customer service. Ideal candidates are self motivated and enjoy interacting with customers and employees. Qualified candidates must have an ability to multitask, coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner. -Opening, closing and operating a retail facility (including but not limited to cash handling, inventory count and ---deposits according to Cannacruz procedures) -Verifying the delivery of all merchandise to the store -Total compliance with all store operation policies -Manage work schedules within established budgets for optimal store coverage -Delegate specific projects such as merchandising, cleaning or restocking -Ensure full understanding of all store communications including product information, advertising, promotions and other marketing initiatives.
