What We’re Looking For • Minimum of 1 year of general sales experience (door-to-door preferred) • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven • Ability to educate and build trust with homeowners • Comfortable working outdoors and knocking doors in assigned territories • High level of integrity and commitment to customer service Key Responsibilities • Go door-to-door in storm-affected areas, educating homeowners on available roofing solutions • Generate leads and schedule roofing inspections for the sales team • Engage potential clients and communicate the benefits of storm restoration services • Track and follow up with leads, maintaining ongoing relationships with customers • Work closely with the roofing sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience • Stay informed on industry trends, storm damage claims, and competitor offerings
