Under the direct supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition, you are responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting for 1099-contract consultants and w-2 providers of supported living services, independent living services, community integration training programs, behavioral analysis services and difficult placements across the United States, as well as any foreign territories. The Recruiting Specialist partners closely with Regional Directors and other operations teams to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the consumers and to deliver the best talent solutions in the organization. • Participate in company meetings as necessary. **Skills/Abilities:** • Must have basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes. • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
