We're seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our paid media campaigns. This role involves planning, creating, and managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms. Key responsibilities include conducting keyword research and audience targeting to improve ad relevance and performance, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, optimizing ad creatives, copy, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI, staying updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising opportunities, and collaborating with the content and marketing team to align ads with overall brand strategy. The ideal candidate has proven experience running and optimizing paid ad campaigns, a strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms, an analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting, strong copywriting skills for ad creatives, experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization, and an interest in food, grilling, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
