Store Manager Job Description Reports To CEO and General Manager Job Overview At Catalyst, the Store Manager is responsible for the overall management of the store including staff management, financial management, merchandising, driving sales and customer service, ensuring Catalyst best practices and quality standards and achieving key results to support company strategies. Oversee effective merchandise presentation Determine advertising and sales promotions to market merchandise Partner with Senior Inventory Manager to develop pricing policies in accordance with merchandising and trends Conduct accurate and timely market analysis to ensure accurate and competitive pricing Deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction Investigate and effectively address customer complaints and concerns Initiate, implement and monitor operational and staff policies and procedures Ensure security of store and merchandise through the implementation of appropriate security systems and measures Comply with safety, health and sanitation best practices and regulations Develop and implement action plans to correct any deficiencies Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements of Position Ability to accurately handle cash payments Exceptional communication skills Retail/Sales knowledge or experience Employee management experience Qualifications / Certifications: Alaska Marijuana Handlers Card Municipality of Anchorage Food Handlers Card Microsoft Office experience Cannabis POS experience Cannabis Product and Regulations knowledge METRC experience Nothing in this job specification restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
