Our restaurant Pazza On Porter in East Boston is looking for a part time offsite-catering sales rep who can build our off site catering business. Responsibilities Business Development: • Research markets and identify event opportunities and generate interest for holding events • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing new and existing business relationships • Ability to think out-of -the box for generating new business • Prospecting, cold calling and develop a “book of business” • Increase off-site catering sales revenue
