Job Responsibilities Reports such issues via mobile platform (i.e., iOS or Android).Maintain sites, trim trees and shrubs, paint signs, clear debris, etc.Reports any landlord issues or complaints.Uses company-issued equipment and systems to review work instructions and input data after job is completed.Takes photographs of completed job as needed.Performs standard warehousing activities (e.g., receiving, shipping, etc.) Climbing structures (up to 100 feet or higher) is required.Capable of utilizing mobile platforms to perform day-to-day tracking of work tasks, reporting issues, taking photographs, completing forms, and inputting hours worked.Competent in Microsoft Outlook mail.Is highly disciplined with ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.Competencies Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
