Job Overview: The Marketing & Communications Director at Chai Pani Restaurant Group is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and initiatives that support customer experience and promote a vision focused on increased brand awareness, driving sales, and expanding customer & community engagement. Reports To COO Primary Duties: * 5 days per week; Approximately 40+ hours * Develop collaborative marketing campaigns to promote the restaurants * Develop regular newsletters internally and externally to keep staff and customers informed of happenings * Attend and participate in inter-department meetings, as needed * Empower individual efforts while corralling to a common holistic brand image and creative mission * Oversee social media manager * Collaborate with PR team to organize logistics for photoshoots & press opportunities * Liaise with restaurant operations team to identify upcoming events, collaborations, and marketing strategies * Field collaboration and event inquiries - thoroughly explore collaborations potential, including cost-benefit analysis * Develop marketing budget * Liaise with and oversee outside vendors as necessary to complete projects (ie.
