In this role, you will take the reins of Zoom's channel marketing strategy, establishing and nurturing partnerships with distributors and resellers to generate impactful results. By collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and partner teams, you will implement co-marketing plans designed to deliver tangible outcomes. About the Team

The channel marketing team is a key driver of one of Zoom's most rapidly expanding revenue streams through strategic relationships with resellers and distributors. We thrive in a collaborative setting led by people-first leadership that values growth and innovation. Our team's efforts significantly contribute to Zoom's sales pipeline and overall success.

Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end partner marketing strategy by crafting Go-To-Market and joint marketing plans with distributors, resellers, and channel partners.
• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns alongside marketing, product marketing, and channel teams to launch solutions and empower sales efforts.
• Work cross-functionally to create strategic plans, negotiate partner commitments, and secure support for key initiatives.
• Oversee partner marketing budgets and performance reporting, tracking expenditures to metrics and analyzing campaign effectiveness with analytics teams.
• Plan and execute partner and customer events, including trade shows, field activities, and initiatives to raise awareness.

What We're Looking For
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in channel marketing within high-tech or SaaS settings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships in collaborative environments.
• A proactive approach to solving complex problems while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience managing budgets and linking marketing expenditures to measurable business results.
• A BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum: $97,600.00

Maximum: $225,700.00

We maintain a location-based compensation structure; candidates may have different salary ranges depending on their location.
