This is a through‑partner role anchored in building a well‑governed, high‑quality content hub that makes it easy for partners to sell. This is a great opportunity for an early‑career marketer with a passion for content, storytelling, and enablement to make a meaningful impact in a growing channel organization.ResponsibilitiesLead the partner content audit and establish a governance framework with defined ownership and a quarterly review cadenceBuild and maintain the central NA partner content hub, ensuring assets are current, discoverable, and organized by partner journey stageDevelop co‑branded campaign kits, MDF‑eligible assets, and co‑marketing playbooks that partners can deploy without heavy liftEstablish and run a repeatable channel launch process for new product releases — ensuring partners are armed with updated messaging, pitch decks, one‑pagers, and sales tools ahead of every launchProvide bespoke marketing support for up to 6 named top NA partners, working in close coordination with 2–3 CAMsTrack content usage and adoption via the partner portal (Highspot/Partner Xchange) and report on engagement quarterlyCollaborate with Product Marketing to ensure partner‑facing content reflects current positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiationSupport the broader partner marketing team on campaigns and global content initiatives as requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field1–3 years of experience in content marketing, marketing communications, or partner/sales enablement — SaaS or technology industry preferredStrong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex product messaging into clear, partner‑friendly contentOrganized and process‑oriented, with an interest in content governance and asset management Oh! ahh!Comfortable managing multiple content projects simultaneously with a keen eye for quality and consistencyExperience with content management or sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Showpad) is a plusCollaborative and proactive — able to work effectively with product marketing, sales, and partner‑facing teamsPositive, curious attitude with a willingness to learn and iterate quicklyAbility to travel up to 10% as neededSalary Ranges: $76,800.00 - $8x8 is proud to provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.For 8x8 jobs located in the US: 8x8 participates in the E-Verify program.We also provide reasonable accommodation to individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable laws.
