Our ad solutions-- including sponsored, display, video, and custom ads--leverage Amazon's innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. Local Channel Advertising is brand new and high visibility team responsible for generating revenue within local geographies and is part of the global Emerging Advertising Sales team (EAS). As a Channel Success Rep (CSR), you... will report to the Head of Local Channel Sales and partner closely with one or more media companies who will sell Amazon Advertising solutions to local advertisers. Using your attention to detail, strong customer service, and experience executing digital advertising solutions, you will help your media partners grow and scale local advertising revenueKey Objectives Own a shared quota for your assigned media partners and manage it in Salesforce Train corporate and station fulfillment teams on how to book, optimize, and bill for campaigns using the Amazon DSP through virtual and in-person trainings and regular scaled outreach/webinars Troubleshoot with assigned digital fulfillment teams, looking for opportunities to teach and delight Manage potential channel conflict scenarios across local partners and internal sales teams Effectively explain and help manage expectations with media partners regarding our ever-evolving Amazon Ad Policy Co-host local market seminars with your partner CSEs, where local advertisers will attend to learn more about Amazon Advertising for the purpose of driving awareness and helping LAEs drum up excitement Occasionally co-pitch Amazon Advertising alongside CSEs or LAEs on larger local deals, diving deep on the technical aspects of our products and serving systems Forge and manage relationships with multiple partner teams within Amazon that are linked to critical product and marketing dependencies of the Local Channel Advertising program and your media partners Have regular exposure and access to Advertising leadership, representing the EAS Org and Local Sales team appropriatelyIdeal Candidate ProfileThe ideal CSR candidate is an exceptionally strong analytical thinker and have a strong track record of developing and executing against processes, systems and programs.
