Main Objective To meet income and expense goal of the community o Guide our new resident from the application process to receiving their keys o Mail or hand carry paperwork to the main office weekly o Attend a company off-site manager/safety meetings, a minimum of four times per year o At least 1 year of property management experience or 2 years of customer service, sales, or leasing experience
