About the Role

Our company is on the lookout for a dynamic Chief Commercial Leader (CCO) who possesses exceptional commercial prowess to lead the demand side of our international performance marketing and advertising operations. In this pivotal role, you will create and execute a robust demand-side commercial strategy focused on generating predictable revenue and driving consistent monthly growth. You will assess the current demand function, uncover key growth opportunities, and optimize the entire advertiser lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of crucial commercial metrics, develop a scalable commercial infrastructure, and lead a team to enhance the efficiency of our commercial funnel. We seek individuals with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in digital marketing, especially in ad networks, affiliate networks, performance marketing, or programmatic advertising, alongside at least 5 years in a senior commercial leadership position.

To excel in this role, you should have a proven record of success in building and scaling demand, sales, or advertiser-facing business units, as well as managing significant revenue streams. A comprehensive understanding of direct demand, supply, RTB, and programmatic advertising is necessary, along with strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. You will be expected to create scalable commercial processes, establish KPIs, and effectively manage a large team.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to translate demand-side needs into actionable product requirements are also essential aspects of this role.
