Responsibilities: • Sell / upsell our advertising inventory to our extensive financial publishing client bases (we have some of the best reputation in the industry) • Sell our ad inventory to wealth managers, IFAs, brokers, banks, fundraising platforms (we don't have a presence in this space yet and you will be expected to either bring your pre-existing relationships or build new ones) • Sell our CRM / Email Marketing platform to our existing clients as well as new clients • Become well versed in our industry-leading offering across our main verticals (finance, health and wellness) • Demonstrate clear ability to prospect and drive acquisition of new relationships • Connect with and gain interest from decision-makers who own advertising budget • Connect with and gain interest from decision-makers who own IT / technology budget • Monitor the revenue pipeline and lead flow, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth • Pitch solutions, not products; comfortable securing prospective clients' ad budgets and ROI goals • Monitor the marketplace and spot both sales and strategic partnership opportunities • Represent our company at industry events to win new clients and nurture existing ones • Maintain accurate and updated CRM data Who We Are Our team has pioneered the largest email advertising platform in the industry. Requirements • 3 years slaying it in B2B advertising or tech sales • Minimum 1 year in online-related sales • You're a closer, driven by the thrill of sealing the deal and earning big • Building relationships is second nature, even if it takes a few months • Ready to dive into data discussions when appropriate • Objection handling is your superpower, and you thrive under pressure • Strong prospecting, presenting, and relationship-building skills are your arsenal • You're a negotiation ninja, whether it's face-to-face or over the phone • Bonus points for existing relationships with financial publishers, banks, wealth managers/IFAs • Availability for light travel (USA) and willingness to play all out during events and entertain clients during travel
