Chief Marketing Officer - Remote

As Chief Marketing Officer, you will mainly be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies for our health conscious consumer products and lead our marketing team by example. Some of the duties may include market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations. Location: Remote (Online) Responsibilities Be the brand custodian, understanding, advocating and improving brand values, making sure that these values are communicated throughout different media and sales channels in the most consistent and appealing way for growth; Developing and executing the brand marketing plan, building brand awareness, growing social media followers, increasing engagement and driving visitors to our sales channels (website, social media and brand partnerships) Listen to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution, etc., to meet market demands Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to- day implementation that drives traffic and sales Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications, etc. ), and ensure they project the company’s unique voice Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, public relations and other marketing efforts across channels Build, coach, and mentor an efficient team of marketing professionals to hit department goals Create a solid network of strategic partnerships Requirements Passionate about the Health and Wellness lifestyle Proven experience as chief marketing officer or similar role Relevant experience leading marketing efforts for e-commerce platforms specializing in Health and Wellness consumer brands Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.) Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g. Salesforce) A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications, or relevant field
