Were looking for a strategic and hands-on leader with deep expertise in both brand building and performance marketing - someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and brings proven success in the consumer goods and/or retail sectors.This Boston-based role reports directly to the Wayfair Global CMO and partners closely with the General Manager of Specialty Brands as part of their leadership team.What Youll DoOwn and oversee the management of a ~$100M+ advertising budget across all key platforms and channels, including, but not limited to, Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Audio and CTV partners, and relevant agencies (e.g. Org Social). Leverage market insights across both our B2C and B2B customer segments to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth, customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning. Be the steward of each brand, working and driving key priorities with the dedicated Specialty Retail Creative team and the broader brand organization to ensure an elevated positioning and consistent brand presentation in line with the brand strategy. What Youll Need10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in brand and performance marketing, including physical retail experience.
