You will own the full marketing funnel—brand through retained client—partnering closely with practice leadership, intake/call center leadership, and operations to ensure marketing performance translates into high-quality signed cases and a strong client experience from “Free Case Evaluation” onward. Strategic Leadership & Firm Growth • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and business development strategy aligned with the firm’s long-term goals and plaintiff-side growth objectives (personal injury and mass torts). Client Development, Case Acquisition & Intake Alignment • Lead firmwide strategy for qualified lead generation and signed-case growth across personal injury and mass tort practice areas. Business Development & Attorney Enablement • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the Director of Business Development and Referral Relationships, ensuring alignment between marketing strategy and referral growth initiatives. • Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, public relations, and client development initiatives.
