The CMO will lead all aspects of marketing, spanning brand management, creative direction, digital transformation, and integrated marketing campaigns, with a sharp focus on expanding our retail customer base across lines of business and markets. In addition, the CMO will also lead the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives to protect and enhance the company’s brand, reputation, and navigate stakeholder engagement by overseeing all internal and external communications. Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business and 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing and communications with at least 5 years at the senior level in financial services of similarly complex industries or equivalent combination of education and experience. Expertise in brand development, digital marketing, customer segmentation, performance analytics, and brand stewardship, along with demonstrated success in media relations, executive communications, and crisis management.
