Chief of Agency Marketing

As Chief of Agency Marketing, reporting to our Head of Agency Distribution, you will lead our efforts in MA and NH—recruiting, developing, and supporting top-tier independent agents while managing a team of high-performing Marketing Representatives. You will drive strategy, implement key marketing initiatives to drive agent engagement, and ensure service excellence—all with the goal of delivering profitable growth and unmatched agent satisfaction. • Professional insurance designations such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM are highly preferred • 8+ years of agency-facing sales experience in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
