About the Role

The Company is looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff or Chief Operating Officer to collaborate closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. In this critical position, you will enhance the effectiveness of the CEO and SLT, focusing on time management, decision-making, and successful execution.

As a trusted advisor, gatekeeper, and execution leader, you will bring a robust background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and advertising operations. With our clear path toward significant revenue growth, we seek an individual who can seamlessly transition between strategy and action. An AI-native and tech-savvy professional, you will have experience in cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate the vision of the CEO and Board into actionable plans.Drive cross-functional initiatives and projects.Prepare the CEO for engagements and elevate overall effectiveness.Leverage expertise in D2C customer acquisition and retention strategies.Champion the company's culture, engaging in areas such as e-learning, online training, health, wellness, fitness, or biohacking.Ideal Candidate:

7-12+ years of experience supporting CEOs in fast-scaling SMBs.Strong understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategies and operational methodologies.Proven history of scaling companies while managing significant headcount growth.Confidence to present to the Board and lead high-impact projects.Proactive approach to risk management.Travel Requirements:

Less than 10%
