This seasoned yet forward-thinking leader will partner closely with the Founder to oversee daily operations, strengthen internal processes, and drive performance across departments — from account management and creative to media, digital, and project execution. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and understands the evolving landscape of modern marketing. People & Culture • Manage and mentor department leads (Account, Creative, Media, Digital, and Production). • Partner with the account and creative teams to ensure strategies align with client goals. • A partner to leadership — capable of managing day-to-day operations so the Founder can focus on vision and growth.
