About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Chief of Staff or Chief Operations Officer to partner closely with our CEO and Senior Leadership Team. This vital role is designed to enhance the effectiveness of our CEO and SLT, particularly in time management, decision-making, and execution. As a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and execution lead, you will need to have a strong background in digital, e-commerce, advertising, and marketing operations.

As we embark on a journey toward significant revenue growth, we seek an individual who can effortlessly transition between strategy and action. Being AI-native and tech-savvy is crucial, as is familiarity with cutting-edge AI tools and environments. Your responsibilities will involve translating the CEO and Board's vision into actionable plans, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for engagements.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in D2C customer acquisition and retention, e-commerce, performance advertising, and digital marketplace strategies. A passion for our culture—encompassing interests such as e-learning, online training, sporting goods, health, wellness, fitness, or biohacking—is essential. This role requires 7-12+ years of experience supporting CEOs within fast-scaling SMBs, a thorough understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) and Total Operating Models (TOMs), while also boasting a history of scaling companies with significant headcount growth.

Board-level confidence, the capacity to lead high-impact special projects, and a proactive risk management approach are crucial to your success in this role.
