As the Church Recruiting Director, you will be the main point-person for managing existing church relationships and developing new church partnerships. The Church Recruiting Director will: Manage our church database, making sure we stay on top of our communication and church leads. Work with our media/graphic team to develop and implement a marketing plan for Next Step Ministries that maximizes our reach and promotes our brand/messaging.
