Client Account Manager - Automotive Digital Marketing

The ideal candidate has experience working in automotive retail, either in a car dealership or at the OEM-level as well as a background in digital marketing. Requirements: • Strong background in automotive retail • Strong background in digital marketing • Strong ability to discuss digital marketing strategies and metrics with key dealership personnel • Basic understanding of SEO, paid search, content marketing, and analyzing digital marketing metrics • Ability to coordinate a team of graphic designers, content writers, developers, SEO analysts, and Paid Search account managers to execute strategies and projects • Willingness to travel for client visits (occasional overnight travel is required) • Understanding of automotive manufacturer brand and compliance guidelines as well as FTC guidelines for special offers • Strong communication and presentation skills • Uncovering the client's sales and marketing goals in order to develop digital marketing strategies to support those goals • Managing day-to-day client requests and questions in a timely manner as well as managing client's expectations for the performance of their websites and marketing campaigns • Communicating projects effectively to the digital marketing team and working closely with the team to execute projects • Managing the workflow of projects (such as updates to specials, email marketing pieces, and content pages) • Ensuring all of our work meets compliance, co-op, and brand standards as well as FTC requirements • Review content, web page layouts, email marketing pieces, and banner ads to ensure they meet client expectations • Reviewing key digital marketing metrics with our digital marketing team to find opportunities for better performance and growth Our office is open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, allowing you the flexibility to choose a schedule that works best for you within those hours We pride ourselves on being a genuine marketing partner that will help you build strategies that truly grow your business.
