Client Account Manager (Performance Marketing Agency)

We're hiring a Client Account Manager to run our client accounts day-to-day. You'll work directly with the founder, who also serves as COO across the Pineda portfolio. Own the day-to-day relationship across multiple client accountsBe the first point of contact for client questions and requestsManage client communication, scheduling, and meeting cadenceEnsure every client deliverable is tracked, on time, and nothing falls through Build client landing and funnel pages from our proven templates in GoHighLevel 3+ years in account management, marketing operations, or agency client servicesHands-on GoHighLevel experience required — pipelines, automations, page builds, reportingYou can write ad copy that converts (hooks, body, variations) — or you're sharp enough to learn fast against our frameworksSMB or startup experience — you've worked where everyone wears multiple hatsStrong communicator, written and verbal — you'll be in client meetings, and your follow-ups represent the firmDetail-obsessed — you track what others forget and follow up without being askedCoachable — you'll ramp into owning accounts.
