# Gimbal ## Client Account Manager - Social Media Ads (remote) **Job Label:** Client Strategist - Social Media **true[X] | Gimbal** is a technology company building the next generation of advertising products and experiences for premium video. This role will have a focus on Social Media offerings within the Channel line of business but will also include management of all existing products. The Channel Team works hand in hand with TV, Radio, OOH, digital publishers and media platforms. * Ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service by working collaboratively with cross functional teams (sales, ad operations, engineering, and product) * Understanding and effectively communicating Gimbal technology, processes, and partnerships as they relate to the growth of current and prospective client accounts * Maintaining a metrics-based approach to your book of business to enable accountability to your existing clients * Supporting localized marketing efforts via development of case studies to establish market presence * Work with customers to deliver timely and effective campaigns as well as managing expectations and communicating deliverables **Benefits & Perks** It’s no secret that we work hard, but we also strive to create an office environment where the lines between work and play are blurred. **Who you are** * **A proactive go-getter** — you take ownership and are accountable for all you do, with the initiative to learn new skills on the fly * **A self- starter** — you thrive working in small, collaborative teams with a lot of autonomy * **An outgoing communicator** — you know how to get your point across clearly and effectively regardless of who you’re speaking to **What you have** * Strong client facing experience, preferably in a tech/data company or agency * 1-2 years of experience managing Social Ads * Current professional experience as in a Client Strategist, Account Manager or Customer Sucess role.
