To enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, the full-time remote Client Engagement Marketing Manager will develop and execute engagement programs, manage client-focused events, and create targeted communication campaigns. Key responsibilities Develop and execute client engagement programs to drive product adoption and long-term loyalty Plan and manage client-focused events, including executive briefings and webinars Create targeted communication campaigns tailored to specific client segments and lifecycle stages Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in client marketing, account-based marketing, or customer engagement Experience in planning and executing client-facing events and engagement programs Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing tools for managing client communications Experience creating content for senior audiences
