Clear Vision Marketing is looking for three Client Managers to act as liaison between the business customer and the client within specific sectors of business and marketing. Manage new business accounts Act as a mentor/coach/supervisor to subordinates Consult with customers to complete a needs assessment Train the customer on use and feature functionality of the client’s products Communicate the customer’s needs/expectations to appropriate personnel Notify supervisor team of any application issues Interact with our Sales & Marketing Management team on various issues Supervise customers on placing ordersAnalyze market to determine approach to new or existing customers Develop professional expertise – working with coaches to further develop management and leadership skills General knowledge of supervising employees General knowledge of human resources Ability to successfully train and mentor Ability to train customers to increase customer retention and satisfaction Ability to communicate with customers and provide outstanding customer service Ability to meet aggressive deadlines Self starter, willing to learn and increase knowledge Desired Skills and Experience
