Duties And Responsibilities • Deliver short-term and long-term sales targets through new business development, pipeline creation and key account management • Guide strategic marketing conversations with clients and agencies to define objectives and provide recommendations utilizing our immersive media solutions within our partner network within metaverse games • Build and pitch creative growth and revenue-driving strategies to meet brands needs and inspire creativity and engagement • Manage existing and develop new relationships with customers and media agencies in person and virtually • You will call on a multitude of accounts across a variety of verticals and, develop narratives, playbooks, and create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data • Keep up with social media, entertainment and gaming trends; consume content and think about how it could apply to our partners • Partner with the sales account manager to develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of accounts and provide reports • Perform other duties as assigned Education/ Years of Experience/ Certifications • Bachelor's degree in business or other relevant field preferred • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or advertising leading key accounts or partnerships experience • Experience working in digital media or gaming platforms • (or commensurate combination of experience and education) Through Jazwares Cares, you have the opportunity to volunteer for up to 16 hours a year on community service projects This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
