Over the course of the last years Sportradar significantly expanded its range of products & services by establishing Sportradar ad:s, a business division focused on data-driven marketing services designed for betting operators worldwide. Sportradar is now looking to recruit anexperienced digital marketeer tojoin ourClient Partnerteam and drive growth for our Digital Advertising Sales globally.THE CHALLENGE:This role will own marketing account strategy and budget responsibility for a group of key accounts and be responsible for their growthDrive growth activity across Sportradar’s digital marketing solutions by identifying and selling in the right solutions for our clientsWork closely with in-house programmatic, paid social and paid search channel specialists on planning and execution of account strategyOversee, maintain and grow senior relationships with key client’s marketing leadership teamsSupport and consult product teams to optimize our products and services and shape the go-to-market narrative.Define, test and optimize business and pricing models with attractive offerings for key clients or partners and profitability contribution for SportradarBe part of Sportradar’s core global ad:s team, as well as the wider Global Sales Organization, collaborating and sharing best practices as you establish and shape the company’s global advertising strategyActively engage in the sports betting and casino advertising ecosystem, interact with key players, establish key relationships and gain deep understanding of the setup and needs of all stakeholdersRepresent the division and company externally at events and meetingsBoth domestic and international travel is requiredABOUT YOU:A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in delivering digital marketing solutions. Having worked with or within a marketing department of a major sportsbook is highly beneficialStrong background in consultative sales and marketing, with demonstrated success growing business and building long-term relationships with clientsAbility to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesExcellent presentation and communication skillsUnderstanding of ad-facing business models- particularly programmatic advertising, paid social and paid searchUnderstanding of the sports betting eco-system in North AmericaPassionate about sports and iGamingOUR OFFER:Work for and shape one of the fastest-growing digital sports companies in the world at the exciting intersection of sports, media, betting and advertising.Take a key role in a new and dynamic business field within SportradarWork together with a highly motivated, enthusiastic and global teamOUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.Two Technical Interviews: Meet with the Technical team and later with the Hiring Manager to dive into your solution, as also discuss team fit.Onsite Interview: Meet with the local team and take a tour of our office for a final meet-and-greet.Finals Steps: Receive feedback and, if successful, an offer!Pay Range:$110,000 - $120,000 BASE, PLUS SALES INCENTIVE PLANQualifications: Additional InformationSportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location.
