In addition to the medical conferences, the Client Relations Manager will assist, and in some cases manage sponsorship / advertising sales for other medical education programs as assigned. \- Manage and conduct all event sponsorship activities - responsible for sponsor prospecting, proposal customization and presentation, contract revision and servicing, sponsor follow-up and support, trade shows’ development, and representing the company at industry functions \- Develop and manage relationships with current and potential companies to maximize customer satisfaction \- Contribute new promotional sponsorship and advertising opportunities to increase saleable inventory \- Initiate contact with new prospects to increase pipeline and promote sales activities \- Meet and exceed established sponsorship goals \- Collaborate with, or ensure collaboration with related teams and stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of sales contracts \- Represent client relations and sponsorship team for regular management meetings \- Attend competitive trade shows/events for prospecting \- Collaborate with contracted Sales Coach on team member sales coaching \- Duties otherwise assigned We take the time to consider each serious, qualified application, so if that is not your subject line we regret that we will not be able to read your application, as we can only focus on candidates that have read this ad and have confirmed they fit the requirements for the role.
