Client Relationship Manager in Advertising Sales

About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Account Manager to join our Large Customer Sales team at Reddit. As a key member of our Government vertical team, you will play a critical role in collaborating with our Client Partners to execute and optimize campaigns that drive marketing objectives for agencies and advertisers on the Reddit platform. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed client marketing goals • Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive year-over-year Reddit revenue growth • Lead campaign launches from start to finish, delivering insightful optimization recommendations to agency and client partners • Act as primary point of contact for internal account operations, including managing revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues • Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit's value proposition and best practices for advertising on the platform • Consult clients on awareness and direct response objectives, partnering closely with Client Partners to craft thoughtful media plans • Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve technical hurdles Requirements: • 7-12 years of experience in advertising sales and account management • Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem • Expertise in performance/direct response campaigns • Comfortable analyzing complex data and identifying factors that impact results • Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners • Tenacious approach to working through challenges and cultivating strong relationships with external partners • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail • Proficiency in Excel preferred • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience • Experience working in the Government sector is a plus
