Client Relationship Representative

Overview MAD Events is hiring a full-time Client Relationship Representative to support customer engagement efforts at retail and community-based promotional events. Key Responsibilities • Represent client brands during live promotional campaigns • Engage directly with customers to explain current services and offers • Assist customers with new account registration and enrollment • Maintain accurate daily interaction and enrollment records • Build and maintain positive customer relationships during events • Support event setup and breakdown • Work toward daily and weekly performance goals Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working in a face-to-face environment • Reliable transportation within the Louisville area • Authorized to work in the United States Employment Type • Full-Time W2 Employee • 30–40 hours per week • Not an independent contractor Pay: $48,722.35 - $58,676.38 per year
